All sales are final on all wood products and special orders. Returns on other items accepted with receipt within 15 days from original purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be applied on all Returns or Cancelled Orders. Customer / Authorized person receiving materials is responsible for ensuring accurate count of materials. PCM is not responsible for damages caused to vehicles from loading materials.
Curbside Delivery: Only outside curbside delivery by a tilt bed truck is available. If Customer / Authorized person requests to unload beyond curb, Customer / Authorized person agrees to assume full responsibility should damages result from unloading beyond allowable area. Patron Construction Materials, LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for any shortages once Customer / Authorized person receiving materials has left premises or delivery has been completed.
